• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

Nice! But 45$? The price could be a little lower, I see that they dont want to save the wallet of users :biggrin-new: however I have not seen Hellcat from very long time in whatever simulator so it must be purchased by me of course.

btw. do you have any idea what is a carrier? Hellcat without WW2 carrier is like beer without carbon dioxide plus hot drink :encouragement:.

Keep in mind that in US dollars, that about $30. My actual charged amount was $30.49 and from about an hour flying her this AM, she's more than worth that. :)

I see 45 and they arent AU$ I suppose: https://i.imgur.com/ZWpWZEs.jpg. 30 it's very good level. Maybe I'll wait when it will be in the other stores (like Just Flight for example).

Edit. confirmed - 45 but AU, so near 30USD. Good! :wavey:

What is the best estimate of the colour of the outline of the Squadron code?
Or were there different colours?

would these not be the original colors, from the paint below the stripes?

edit: in the Dutch Profile on Dutchies in the FAA, they show yellow outlines

I have read/heard that the flightmodel was created 'outside' of the MS/Asobo config., i.e. completely independent ? Do you notice anything in that direction ?

"Only" the tailwheel dynamics are totally newly designed so you have a real free-castering tailwheel.

Bought this model early this morning, looks and flies great! The engine sounds are also excellent. Some of the best money I have spent on a FS2020 model so far.

There's a currency selector at the top-right of the page, so you have a choice of three different Dollars, plus Pounds and Euros.

No its something new, above you can find the screenshot how it was before. It was my idea (I talked with FI on FB) and they improved the website very quickly Today :). Now its very clear for all. :wavey:
 
With just under 3 hours flight time in her so far, she's easily moved way up in my current hanger favorites ranking. She looks fantastic and seems well thought out, making for an interesting aircraft to spend the day in. So much so, I've added FI's P-38 to my maybe buy list based on how much quality went into this F6F.
