• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

I recieved Ted's new Hs 129 today, excelent model, and pit!
I'll be making a start on the textures tonight, I've been waiting for this aircraft for a long time, thanks to Teds hard work it's finally arrived, gonna be fun!

I'll keep showing my progress on this one, some of you might be interested to see how it comes along?

I wish I had a screen shot to show but it has a nice explosion, especially when you hit something!:friday:

The muzzle flash is weak but darn it does a good job!

First progress shots, most of the panel lines are in place, just need to add the missing bits, then tweak it, then where on to the rivets!
 
Ugly brute of a thing! A case of function over form if ever I saw one. I used to have the Airfix kit years ago, I seem to remember it coming to a stickey end via a box of matches in the garden :icon_twi:

Nice model Ted and I'm sure the paint job will be superb! :) :applause:

..and I keep hearing that cfs3 is dying, nonsense I say!

Second set of progress shots, all lines are in place, and rivets too, I'll start adding the details soon!

It's a pretty accurate model, there were only a few minor places where I had to tweak the panels lines, and use a bit of artistic license! :d
