Hey All,

Best race of the whole day! Sato needs to watch old NASCAR races to learn how it is done from Petty and Pearson. Monaco was still follow the leader just the cars were closer together.

Anyway BOO YEAH! Kasey!!!!!! Enumclaw Rules! This is a great win for them!

I've never doubted that Kenny and Kasey would get their act together! In my opinion they are probably the most serious threat in all of NASCAR to do the kind of thing Jimmie and Chad have done. They are potentially that good.

Too bad Jimmie's crew scrooood up so bad - but Kasey just had too much for anybody tonight!

PS If your into Country here is another of Enumclaw's treasures - a rockin little country band - Aces Up - following closely on the heels of a band out of Enumclaw I used to listen to in the 80s - whose name I sadly have to admit is escapin me now. If you don't like country - don't bother.

This year's Coca-Cola 600 was "ok", but so much of it was little more than "follow the leader". I really like the shorter tracks where there is passing and bumping all day long. These 1.5 mile and longer tracks make for high speeds, but otherwise pretty boring racing. No, I'm not looking for big wrecks, I just like seeing the drivers bang on each others fenders and pass. "Rubbing is racing" and that's what NASCAR used to be.

Congratulations to Kasey Khane, he certainly deserves to be in the winner's circle. I hope his season continues on this path.
