One of the best circuits on the planet!
I made it a point to try and watch every CART race decades ago, and there were some epic ones!

I will be at Road America in July for the Brian Redman challenge. Maybe I'll get my GTV6 on the track during a touring session too.

I just wish there was more shade. I try to see most corners but generally stay in the woods before turn 5 in the middle of the day. (Great spot to see the unwary get caught up in the pea gravel when they come into 5 too hot!)

I agree. It is very difficult to transition from open wheel to stock car racing and the same is true for stock car drivers trying to compete in open wheel. I really do not know why a 7 time NASCAR Cup champion would want to transition to open wheel. I am expecting his career in open wheel will be short and possibly an embarrassment.
