• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Not sure if I can ask here but I don't seem to have any other option.

I went to try out some stuff in the sim this morning only to run into a couple of issues. So I went to the Insider page and attempted to get into the forums. Asked for my login, so I gave the e-mail I signed up with. All it did was clear itself and ask me again. So maybe I wasn't in the forums yet. This time enter my e-mail, name and create account only to be told "Primary email has already been taken". No kidding...wtf?

So now that I have an issue, I can't go on the forums to look for answers, I can't go on the forums to find out why I can't go on the forums. Any ideas from others that are in on the alpha?

Deleting cookies for forums.flightsimulator.com may fix it, or possibly using a different browser like Chrome. Also see my PM for the support address.
 
I was using Chrome and will try later with deleting the cookies.

Edge worked and I am able to get in there.
