Looking for Lago's the Crossings Service Pack/Update...

wolfebee89

SOH-CM-2024
Getting back into FS after a while, I found out only very late (well more than a decade later) about a patch for Lago's The Crossings "Le Trasvolate" - it ought to have fixed some texture / gauge glitches with the original release. Curious to know if anyone has this update/service pack, believe it was numbered version 1.2 - I asked around and posted elsewhere with little luck. Here is hoping someone saved that update on their backup which way back when was available for download from Lago...much appreciative of any assistance - thanks!

Hi WB89,

I can't help you with your original question, but I wonder whether you are aware of the SM.79 Corsa package by Manuele Villa? The quality of these models exceeds the quality if the much older LAGO models by far. Excellent VCs and authentic instruments. As they are freeware you can't find them anywhere cheaper.

Cheers,
Huub

Only yesterday I looked for Manuela's planes. I had forgotten how good they are, and found the ones I was missing. Great unusual planes.
We tend to overlook the freeware developers that have made our hobby such fun.

Thanks Huub. I was already aware of Manuele's a/c - love his work actually especially the italian golden age stuff. I like Lago's S55 - the freeware one for FS2004 by the author whose name I cannot recall is not to my liking - in any case, the update/service pack would have rounded out my collection but I'll live with what I have as no one seems to have it! Thanks

Wolfebee89......there's a PM.....check ya inbox........:mixed-smiley-010:

Thanks magoo; he was kind enough to share with me the version 1.1 update CROS_110_ENG_ITA_FS2004_UPD.zip, but if I my memory serves me right, there was also a 1.2 update CROS_120_ENG_ITA_FS2004_UPD.zip about 18-20 MB in size - atleast I think there was - in any case, could this be double-checked, much appreciate any efforts!
