Make the elevator trim wheel turn faster

Hi folks, In some aircraft the elevator trim wheel turns fairly fast (e.g., default DC-3) while in some aircraft the movement is , sometimes imperceptively, slow (e.g., Jens Kristensen's Dc-4 and Dc-6), while in other aircraft the elevator trim wheel movement is not simulated.

My question is that in aircraft where the elevator trim wheel turns slowly, is there something I can modify to make it turn faster?

Thank you.
Sid

Go to the control settings and assign a button or key to the trim, up and down, and move the sliders to the right.

The elevator trim wheel can be controlled by the designer of the model with at least 3 different makemdl animation tags in FS9. Only one IMO provides the kind of movement (i.e. many revolutions) of the trim wheel that I prefer. That is the tag named "Lever_Trimtab_Elevator".

I use another called "trimtab_elevator" for the indicator that moves and shows you up or down nose trim. I haven't been successful with others.

Since these are named in the model, only the designer can properly change it.

Um Sid,
Wasn't this questioned answered in your earlier post by the same name?
