Anybody got this problem flying over Moscow RU? Im using P3D 3.3.5 and Orbx Fullterrain global vector and Europe LC etc. Trying to figure out if this is a P3D problem or a FTX problem.

Have you tried disabling the ORBX Global Vector to see if that is the problem?

I purchased the Drzewiecki Design Moscow City X 1.1 scenery.

a bit of a heavy handed solution, but it is beautiful. I pursued this with the Orbx FTX guys and they said Global Vector places the rivers etc, where they are supposed to be vs, where Microsoft put them originally (and LM failed to fix.)

Mine works fine. I run P3D v2 with ORBX FTX everything.

Are you still having issues Eric? I cannot see the image in your original post.

Ah I get it now -- you were just noting that the stock POI objects were out of position BEFORE you bought Moscow X.

Definitely I agree, FSX was not kind to the center Moscow.
