Moving files/programs, etc to a new computer

I want to move everything from my current computer to a new, faster, better computer. I want everything to look as it does on my current system (icons, shortcuts and so on). Here's my dilemma: Everything is on 3/SSD's, the new computer has one 4TB HDD set as "storage". The OS (Win10 Pro) is on a card (PCIe NVme M.2) slot.

Given that info, can I accomplish what I want to do?

Thanks for any help anyone can render

Shortcuts and icons will probably need to be redone. In my job, when I migrate a user from one laptop to another - even the same model/OS, shortcuts in cloud-backed folders still have to be redone.

As for files, you could try using a crossover cable to network them together, but that depends on permissions, etc. Honestly, your best bet is to get either a large external drive with a USB3.0 or better connection and move them that way.
