I am working on a unit patch for my Civil Air Patrol squadron in MSPaint. Does anyone know the RGB values for Ultramarine Blue (Yarn# 67118 PMS# REFLEX) and Air Force Yellow (Yarn# 67103 PMS# 116)

Wing regs state that these two colors are reqired.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just did some online searching for you and found this page which appears to be a good reference site to begin with......

http://jonplummer.com/misc/pms.html

I then looked up the two PMS numbers you provided and entered the corresponding hex values into the colour picker in Photoshop which in turn provided the RGB values below:
Ultramarine Blue (aka PMS REFLEX) RGB = 12, 28, 140

Air Force Yellow (aka PMS 116) RGB = 252, 209, 22
Hope that helps.

Thank you! I've been guesstimating and was close, but this should help shorten the approval process. So much paperwork...
