• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

Well i was tired of waiting for someone to do this so i did it meslef :)

It basicly changes the area from Lea (Nadzab) down to Port Morseby, then from cape clocesumming up to rabual, then those islands above rabual, then it does the slot :jump:

I'm sure this isnt realistic, i basicly just went click click click but to me it better represents those near unpassble jungles of the pacific. Its done to my taste so you might not like it but i do so tough :173go1: :icon_lol:

Very nice.....being in a "jungle" country I can assure you that the "logging" cartels have almost cleaned the trees out of the jungle, so you have probably made a "representation of the good years of the jungles of the world".....nice work.:applause:
 
I like it Stiz! It makes me laugh when I see all the open and brown spaces during my frequent slot hops! Now if I could only find an occasional zero to flame!! I'm looking forward to giving her a try!! TY
 
Nice one Stiz! that is kinda what I am doing to parts of Vietnam at the moment, trying to get rid of the modern cities as well.

Michael : Let us know when you come up with something for Vietnam . FSX makes it look like it's been ravaged thoughout the county side by a tree blight and timber cutters . You are right about the cites too . Maybe you can share it with us .

Solomon Islands are one of my most favorite place to fly. Got some freeware mesh from Simaviation that covers that part of the Pacific (and catches Korea too for some F4U/Banshee/Skyraider/Panther/Tigercat stuff to boot) that transforms the scenery and think your landclass is just what's needed. :applause:
 
Those screenshots were taken in FSX?

What is with the polygonal shore line and lakes????

Is that due to the video settings you are using?

I bought a copy FSX Deluxe but have not loaded it yet. I was assuming the world would be modeled with much higher resolution than the core area of CFS2.
