This game is really getting great now! Each update brings more and more improvements, more options, better looks, better flightmodels..
As for that Nieuport 11: Fokker fodder for my D.VIII. Even two vs one no problem for me. The Fokker is both faster and more agile.

Apparently the update set my system back to pre customized.
What the hell is all that crap now?? They've turned it into an arcade game with all the helper aides.
Names, distances, text on the screen, indicator arrows ... Gawd, I got so much crap to turn off now it isn't funny.

Well I used to get shot down by any aircraft in the vicinity even though mine was supposedly superior to my adversary.. It's nice being able to shoot something down now!
Don't know if the update changes any settings because I started with a fresh install. The icons on screen you can turn off with the 'I' key.

I only had it on the other night to update and check it out ... I did notice that during the run up to the game actually playing the "Mods on" warning in the upper right of my screen was flashing furiously ... then it quit.
I haven't tried to use any skins at that time.
Sorry not much help I know.

Tried this last night ... out of curiosity I unchecked the mods in the startup screen and all I could access for the aircraft were the default skins.
Double check your mods check off box and see that it didn't get unchecked. (I had all the paints available the night before with mods on.)

In case you guys still have not found it... Here is the direct link for the official RoF skin pack. The devs removed all the additional skins in the 1.12 patch and put them into one pack. However, they added tons of new ones, too. Most of them are default squadron skins. This is ideal for Quick Mission building for example:

Love the newest patch. They did improve the sim stability and it consumes less CPU resources. Finally they introduced new multiplayer modes - Capture the flag and Team Deatchmatch which allow to respawn rather than waiting until the scenario end in the Cooperative mode.
