• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

Old propliner freighters

Now I just need a Canadian Coast Guard Buffalo, the new PAD buffalo. Nothing like making emergency deliverys and transporting Doctors into the rural airfields and bush in bad weather.

Not the Coast Guard, but here's some Canadian Buffalo.... :d

CalClassic C-46, default DC-3 & JBK DC-4

Just wondering, has anybody done a C-117 "Super DC-3"? Also known as an R4D-8 in pre-1962 USN/USMC terminology. I've seen some pretty nice tail artwork on these aircraft when they were assigned to wings and air stations.

Were does one get the middle paint? I love my Dc-2's and 3's.

There are two different Buffalo DC-3 paints ... the one in Willy's post is C-GPNR (Summer Wages) and I have it shown as Bufair_1.zip The other is C-GWIR which is Bufair.zip (both for the default DC-3) -both found at FlightSim

There's also a repaint for the MAAM DC-3 "maambuff.zip" at FlightSim
