• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

OT: Some NFL Predictions ...

I don't know about the Patriots winning it all. I read that their defense isn't so good and defense wins superbowls. As long as Brady stays healthy you can't count them out. Some were picking the Bears to get to the big game this year but a good passing team will pick them apart all day. I would say his 9-7 prediction for them is about right. The Bears finally have a quarterback but no recievers to throw to. Hester is a failed experiment as a reciever and was much more productive as a returner. After 2 seasons he still has trouble figuring out where to line up and running the correct routes.
I have to believe the Vikings will be better this year with Farve. Adrian Peterson will run all over the place and he has talented recievers that will catch and run.
The Packers? I don't know. Guess I will have a better opinon at about 11 pm tonight.

I'll put all my money down on the Niners winning the NFC west.
People seem to forget they were a 1/2 yard from winning it last year.
