• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

Opened as an Air Gunnery School ; I've modelled it here as it would have been @ 1960 as College of Air Warfare (when it was twinned with nearby RAF Strubby); with 2 control towers, the ww2 one, that later became ops block and the newer one on SW taxiway
There's a traffic file and the statics are Rick Pipers Varsity and Valetta

( For some reason Sbuilder and ADE wont run on my system..I keep getting a dependancy error but the required files are there; so can't knock up a background poly)

Thanks Pete. I installed it, and it works fine. For those who want using your Meteor traffic, i would suggest to add hold short nods and runway links to the Afcad. Otherwise they won't run.

Also very interesting to see a static Sycamore for the first time. I tried several times to get it flying as AI but without any success.
