I sure hope this conflict gets resolved. I own all the RAZBAM modules (some are still "Early Access") and no support just sux.
 
I want to keep this issue updated, so here is the latest report...from HIP Games

 
More info that seems to clear what really happened:

It seems the dispute was over a Super Tucano module to develop for TBS the military simulator engine of DCS for which RAZBAM did not want to sign a separate contract with ED.
