• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Just spent the last hour and a half watching this WW2 movie on HULU.com. Very good movie. Not your typical shoot 'em up, though there was some of that in the movie. Free to watch, a 30 second commercial every 10 minutes or so is not a major ordeal to sit through.

Going to see what else is on HULU worth watching, since our 5 month old 42 inch Plasma HDTV bit the bust last night. Called the Panasonic service center, spoke to a tech, and he said that the HDMI thingiemajig is bad....he could tell that from the number of times the power light blinked. He transferred me to the service center rep, who took my info, located the closest Panasonic authorized repair shop and will be setting up for a repair tech to come to the house to fix the TV.
