Scenery compatibility

I'm getting my ducks in a row for P3Dv4 and wondered if anyone has tried the SkyDesigners French airbase sceneries in V4.

Love their sceneries and they worked well in V3

Although I don't have their scenery, you don't seem to be getting much response so I'll weigh in with a general take on scenery. It seems that as long as the scenery package relies only on "bgl's" and "dds" type textures, it should be fine. The only time I've found a problem (and it's always related to payware scenery) is when a "dll" file is used to control various aspects of the scenery. AFCAD's, Scenery Objects, Flight Plans and the like should be fine.

Thanks for relating your experience. These sceneries are all just "regular" files, no SODE, ObjectFlow, .dlls, etc.

Sounds like I can at least try them.

Appreciate your feedback.
