Secret hidden "Cheat Room" in Falcon 3.0?

Secret hidden "Cheat Room" in Falcon 3.0? Does anyone have any idea how to access a supposed "Cheat Room" in Spectrum Holobyte's Falcon 3.0?

Common knowledge is the game's secret hidden "Transporter Room" accessed by pressing "P", "TAB", and then "T". A message box pops up saying "Transporter Room", and asks you to "Enter NS Coordinate" and "Enter EW Coordinate", which will transport you to those coordinates in the game's world.

In the game's executable (either FALCON3.EXE or FALCONCD.EXE) are the following lines:

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
TRANSPORTER ROOM
ENTER NS COORDINATE

TRANSPORTER ROOM
ENTER EW COORDINATE

TRANSPORTER ROOM
TRANSPORTING POSITION
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

But, *ALSO* in the game's executable are these following lines (directly above the "TRANSPORTER ROOM" lines):

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
CHEAT ROOM
PRESS ESC TO EXIT
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

Anyhow, I've played this game on and off since 1991 (I own the original floppy version, all of the floppy versions addons, the CD version, as well as the CD compilation version "Falcon Gold"). I have searched for information about this for EONS but have never heard of anyone describing how to access this supposed "Cheat Room". I've searched on Google, AS WELL AS all the way back to 1992 in the Spectrum Holobyte and Flight Simulation forums on Compuserve.

Any idea how to access this and what it does?
