Shoreline/Beach waves

Hi

Don´t like very much those shore line/beach white waves effect. Is there a way to turn it off/on?
Meaning version 3.5
Thanks

Best regards

There is a way, that's an easy one.

Dirty solution:

In P3d\effects\ rename the the file wavecontroller.fx and lakewavecontroller.fx any way you like.
This will produce an internal error though, which you will never see.

Clean solution:

Permanently: Backup terrain.cfg, open it in an editor, and delete all lines with

Effect=wavecontroller

and

Effect=lakewavecontroller

Alternatively, you could comment the lines out by inserting a "// " at the beginning of the line. This would be non-destructive and reversable..

Cheers,
Mark
