• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Can you log in to SOH from another computer as long as you have your user name and password. Because my DSL is being
discontinued at August 1st, I have to use my laptop to access the internet. Thanks.
 
Yup, you can log in from another computer long as you got your username and password. But you do gotta fill out the Official SOH Computer Transfer Sheet, show two forms of i-dee-ay (birth certificate or a photo of you ridin’ a lawnmower counts), and buy everybody a round of beer down at Skeeter’s Taproom. Rules is rules, don’t blame me — I just live in the trailer next to the Wi-Fi tower. 🍻😂

To collect your beer, you would have to come to Bakersfield and go to one of the local watering holes here. I got rid of my lawn mover and use a
gardener now and I don't drink. Sorry about that. Happy flying to you.
