Some awesome pictures Pam. Cant believe how real those countrysides look.

How on Earth they can do grass and bush like that is amazing.

The last couple days of rambling around the web have completely blown me away.. Some of these artists are so good its nearly impossible to tell from the real thing.. I'm saddened to see that there isnt more available for "American" railroading, but stuff like what these two guys have been working on gives me hope.. Now if only someone could do the route between Eugene and Klamath Falls and somehow tie all three together, that would be sheer heaven and a great place to run the class 221 in Cascades livery :) :) .. but i dream.. :(..

Pam... This is the point at which either you deal with what you get, or a Developer is born....

Think of it.. Making your own scenery, trains, etc..... Making the detail the extent that you want... Coming up with new innovations...

Last time i tried making scenery, i ended up with a section of track that was perfectly vertical. Ive tried wrapping my head around using dem's and stuff, but theres this really dnse part of my brain that just dont get it..

PS.. Dont pay attention to the moved or deleted icons. the links work fine...

That would be cool! So many paint schemes out there to do...

I know what you mean on scenery.. I am not really a scenery guy. I do love making buildings and texturing them with high realism textures, but terrain is like.... erm... not my thing... How on Earth do you make mountains in mesh? and make them realistic????? Do you know how many Vertices that is in a single hill? yikes..

I wonder if there is a repainting tutorial on RailWorks?

:D Thanks bill.. you just asked the million dollar question, and i'll see if i can find an answer today :) :) :) .. Waiting on Pauls day off for the pasped, and will put in a couple hours on the C-27 as well, but i needed this :) .. Its a dreary overcast day here in the mountains, and this will give me something to take my mind off things ( i just added up all the bills and compared them to my income ::lol:; oy vay ).. Gonna go find my sandbox :)..
