    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Spartan cockpit & cabin lights

Hi all,
if i want start a night flight with Spartan as pilot or passenger i will have
some problem in reading a newspaper or in finding some switch or buttons.
The original interior night lights are (as usual for all FS planes) dark red for
that i've decided to light-up Spartan interiors lights done i love this plane!

Spartan is a superb plane and worth to see it in all his shiness! :jump:

Hi,
this is the night light cockpit and cabin configuration for Milton Shupe Spartan.

REMEMBER to BACKUP all file you are modifying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to the Effects directory and open with notepad the file fx_vclight.fx
In the section [ParticleAttributes.0] replace the originals with the following lines

Color Start=50, 50, 50, 1 //Modified
Color End=205, 190, 163, 0 //Modified

SAVE NOW with name fx_vclightspa.fx (effect dedicated to Spartan)
In this way you can leave the original one untouched.

Now let set lights in Spartan cabin & cockpit

Open aircraft.cfg in your Spartan main folder
and delete all [LIGHTS] section

..... replace the empty space with this new one

[LIGHTS]

As you see there are 2 lines related to Shockwave Landing Lights
in case you have this product.
