Spookster's South Pacific return with Betty

A second run in this event, this time with the Mitsubishi G4M1 (Betty). I'm using the revised Flight Model posted by Paul here. Flying in FSX with FSRealWx Pro.

Starting at Malita (RP17) and heading south...

Delighted to see the Type 1 bomber in the air. (Or, as the pilots called it, the type one lighter.)
 
Thanks guys! (And I'm hoping this one doesn't become a lighter!!)

Next leg, heading for WA1A via WAMR (possibly with an extra stop at WAMR, depending on rate of progress).
 
And on to Hayfield, HFD. Heading via the coast, NDB ZN and overfly Tadji airfield (TAD), before crossing the mountains to look for the field. Hoping to pick up the Wewak NDB as a check I'm in roughly the right place when I start looking!
 
A quick refuel and on towards JCB. Departure from Gusap will be interesting. Need to try to clear a 12,000 foot ridge within about 30nm. I don't think Betty will manage that, so we'll probably have to fly further south before attempting the ridge...
 
My flight to AYBK was going fine, right up until one of my cats hopped up onto my PC box and stood on the on/off button!! Instant termination of FSX, Duenna, Windows, and everything else!! :pop4::dizzy::hopelessness:

Ah well, at least I was only a few minutes in. Start again...
