Stuck in the passenger cabin

During a flight in the ATR-72 600 I decided to take a stroll through the passenger cabin to check out what it looks like and see if there were any fans of gladiator movies.

In maneuvering the camera to get a view of the engines I somehow managed to set the default view to the passenger cabin.

Searching for a reset keyboard function I found "Shift-F10" "vfr pilot view reset" which just resets the view to the one I am trying to get rid of, and "CTR F10" " vfr pilot view save"which did eventually move the view but when I press it, the view jumps a bit and I end up with a cockpit view saved that is off center, seemingly at a random direction after each save.

I uninstalled/reinstalled the aircraft but the view remains at the saved view.
All I want to do is get the view back the original view point the aircraft shipped with.
can anyone recommend a way to accomplish that?
Thanks JB

Maybe try "Reset Cockpit View" (CTRL + SPACE on my rig). I've never had the issue that you're describing, but when I go for walks, that's how I get back.

I agree with Brian. I have a button on my joystick assigned to that.

The problem is that I somehow reset the default view so CTRL + space just resets it to the incorrect view.
I know it is strange and only I could manage to do something so bizarre.

As I mentioned, I have managed to set it back in the cockpit but it insists on being off center for some reason and not where it is located when I press save view

I am wondering if there is a file that gets saved somewhere with the changes made that I could delete so it gets reset to default.
MSFS has such a scattered file locations I wouldn't know where to begin looking
