Description: TBD Devastator native FSX/P3D3,4,4.5
TBD Devastator introduced a new era in naval aviation . Biplanes on carrier decks would soon be consigned to history.The TBD Devastator was the Navy's first all-metal, monoplane torpedo bomber. lt was also the Navy's flrst carrier-based plane to come with an enclosed cockpit, and the first to use main landing gear wheel brakes. The TBD was withdrawn from front-line service in the summer of 1942, but continued in service as an advanced trainer until the end of the war. A total of 130 TBDs were built. native mdl by A.F.Scrub conversion from Captain Kurt original CFS2 model.

Great work in P3D4.5 HOWEVER - no click spots in 2D or VC to work various functions. Control stick will move, rudder pedals with joystick use. Other commands on joystick work (throttle, flaps) but nothing moves in VC
 
Also note that A.F. used the "Shift+Q" tailhook command to drop/replace the torpedo/bomb loadout, but it's still what you use to raise/lower the virtual tailhook to trap aboard FSX/P3D carriers. The "I" (smoke) command activates the visual tailhook animation only; it won't let you catch a wire when you come aboard.
