Panel is by Michael "Papi" Vader who used the FSX panel as a base to work from.

Paint kit (blank) textures are included for those who wish to try and make more paints of this wonderful aircraft. This was created from Mr. Richardson's original FSX paintkit and adapted for use...

Hi Jorge,

As I did the textures and paintkit for the FSX version of Craig Richardson's Heinkel He-51, I know how incompatible the FS9 version is with the FSX version. So it must have taken you quite some efffort to get the paintkity fit the FS9 model.

Thanks for your erfforts,
Huub

Thanks for everything, guys! And yes, it took a while to get that thing to fit properly. :banghead:

I still have the GIMP files with the guides to aid in "cutting" out the parts correctly from the FSX paints to convert them. Unfortunately, there is some scaling that I did to make the FS9 blanks. I neglected to write down what that scaling was, so anything I tried with the FSX paints came out a little "off" when I tried them. That's why I stuck with the FS9 paints I could find out there since it would've taken yet ANOTHER few months and I wanted to make sure I could get you folks something for Christmas!

I believe GIMP can save in psd format now in the latest build. Let me know if there's interest and I'll see about putting up the paint kit I made.

I also belive you can convert the models to CFS2 as well. Now THAT would be cool!

It'll have to wait until I get back from vacation, however. First vacation in 5 years, so I'm making the best of the 7-day cruise. See you all next month!

Happy New Year! :ernaehrung004:

Saludos!
