Hi,

I installed some of my much beloved Vertigo products in the fresh p3d v2.4 (Dauntless, F8F, Avenger). To my big dismay all of them ctd prepar3d upon loading. Anyone else noticed that?

Best,
Mark

Mark , I have the VS Dauntless loaded in v2.4 . I can't remember whether I used the Estonia Migration Tool or not . (fits right into your Solomon Islands 1943) Sorry I couldn't be of any help or offer any suggestions . I'm sure someone will jump in here and find a solution .

Hi Mark,

I recently cleaned house, removed FSX and installed the full P3Dv2.3 (after defrag) on the 2 TB spinning drive. I updated to 2.4 via the patch. I've been running P3Dv2 since the original release with the interim patches along the way.

I installed the VS aircraft with the Estonia Migration Tool.

I did a test with the VS F9F, AI Carriers 2 etc with all of the eye candy switched on. The plane was good in 2.4 including carrier ops.

I have had aircraft glitches over the course of multiple P3D versions, but have never been able to trace the causes. The glitches usually resolved with re-installs of the aircraft in question.

Good luck...this is a tough curve to keep on top of, but getting smoother as things move along.
