Your thoughts on which Super Connie, freeware? Thanks. NC

There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

HmmHow to classify it is up to debate but Just Flight's very well done Constellation is included with P3D.
If I'm flying a Connie, it's Manfred's L749. I just find the older short ones more visually appealing. And with the usual port over stuff, it flies just as well in FSX as it did in FS9.
As a Coonie team member a bit biased in answering
But yes still have to see a better freeware Connie any type ( and there are many-alone the different engine cowls can drive one cracy)
Only other ones you can fly in FSX free is the old Alphasim, where you have to fully repair the cockpits with compatibel (Manfred's ones from Hansi) gauges and with no VC and stunning exterior the one from Howard ( White ).
On payware working in FSX SE SP2 there are the SCFA one too, an Abacus, that A2A and for AI the old ones from CalClassic ( which make very good AI planes )
Sure I have forgotten some
Best regards

The Howard L049 makes for a stunning AI in either FS9 or FSX.
