YF-23 In P3D_V2.2

Just to add a bit more info: As with all of FSD's aircraft, the installer is quite rigid in that it does not allow installation in any other folder besides the correct FSX folder. Also, once the installation is complete, it records an "installation log" which designates every file installed and it's location, which the sim references in order for it to run correctly (I assume). I have the aircraft in P3D, however none of the glass displays work. I changed the installation log to show the proper location in P3D, however if I run the Loadout Manager, it still looks for the aircraft in the FSX location. . . .so there is still something telling it that the aircraft is located there and not in P3D. I have looked everywhere (including the registry) and find nothing to indicate that it's even installed. . .so I'm at a loss as to where it's reading the info. ALSO. . .the airfile is empty. Open it up and there is one line for the airfile name and one other line that has a few characters attached to it and that's all there is. Remember, all I did was copy this from FSX, where it installed properly, to P3D. . . . .so how does an airplane fly with no airfile? Strange!

Doesn't this aircraft use the default FSX Acceleration Hornet gauges ?
You might need to move that one to P3D first, then the YF-23 might get some working MFDs.
Just a supposition, I don't have this YF-23.

Hmmmm, yep, I know it uses the FA-18HUD. . .forgot about that not being in the P3D default aircraft though. I queried the Support folks at FSD and Kristen replied that they are working on installers for P3D that will be out "sometime" this year, but also that she knows the "Migration Tool" (payware) has been used with good results. I bought it and used it for a while but it screwed things up between FSX and P3D and I got rid of it. Maybe I'll try just moving the FA-18 and then if I "must" go further, I'll try the migration tool again. Thanks Daube!

Glad I could help.
I had the same problem with a freeware plane that was using these gauges too (one of Piglet's planes if I remember correctly), that's how I found the solution :)
