• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Moe, I figure you and I could team up. You get your wife to buy it. I will assemble it at my house and check it out. You could then come over any time and play.

Oh never mind! I checked with them. It doesn't have a stick version and there is no afterburner. Who would want to fly a simulator without a stick and afterburners?
 
I got a better idea...you buy it and ship it over to my house and your wife will never know about it.....you can come over anytime and play with it and I'll even supply all the food and drink ya want ...even a bed.

I might take you up on that Moe... you pay all my living expenses and I get a really cool simulator.

Of course, you would need to support me for several years while I pay off the cost. :)

You have to figure that the average wife is going to take 15-20 years before she forgives a purchase like this.

Try explaining why a 35 year old Porsche in several large containers is a 'good investment' ............ :d
Especially when the 'toybox' already holds three highly impractical bikes and two even less practical cars!
