Zoom in out views

I know about using the +/- keys to zoom in/out but I am curious how to zoom in/out in smaller (fine) graduations then what the -/+ keys offer.

Is there a key map available to do this or how can do this? If I just touch either zoom in/out keys, it results in too much in/out.

Works good only for aircraft view, no response in outside view or cockpit view.

The basic +/- keys work (zoom in/out) is ALL views - but in larger increments.
