KMPO Pocono Airport P3D V4

gray eagle

SOH-CM-2025
I activated this scenery KMPO for P3D V5.4 and had to delete some of the buildings that bled thru and were merging with the buildings in the scenery.
One issue is that is P3D 5.4 some trees are in the middle of some taxiways and if I reduce some of the vegetation in V5.4 some trees will go way
in a normal density setting but a few located close to edge of taxiway. I would like to ask if some one could look at this scenery in V5 and see if the trees can be excluded from the runways. It is a nice little scenery and I was able to load this bgl scenery in ADEX for P3DV5 and load stock data thus delete all the stock bleed thru hangers that were imaged from P3D V5. Now I would like to see if the trees in the runway/taxi way can be deleted as well.
This airport was done by Falcon 409 and available here on SOH library.

The first image is vegetation density set to dense. Second one is set to normal.

Add this line in the TERRAIN section of the P3D.cfg file and see if that fixes the problem. Sorry, I don't frequent the P3D or FSX Forums since I went over to MSFS. I'm having problems with that Sim right now so I've come back to P3D_V4.5 for the time being.

Thanks for your suggestion, I tried it and it made no difference. If I tone down the vegetation settings to normal, less trees, expecially ones that were planted in middle of taxiway. Capture.JPG

Ok, that normally works because it forces the trees into a tighter proximity and since I know I don't plant trees on taxiways or runways my assumption was that the sim was scattering trees as it has done at times. That setting has in the past worked for many with the same problem.

The problem with removing that tree or any tree really is that while the tree is showing on the taxiway it's actual footprint is where I placed it, well off the taxiway and there's no way to know which tree it is so no way for me to remove it (technically it's not really there).

I'm sure the trees on the runway will not be an issue with P3D V4.5 - I have that version as well.
