Looking for a Reverb G2 (V2) cable

Does anyone have a spare G2 cable gathering dust? I think mine has a short in it and I am looking for a replacement. I am in Canada. Let me know, and your price etc, by private message.

I apologize Kenneth. I was wrong. I couldn't fine the G2. I now think I threw it away...get this...because the cable went bad. My suggestion would be to do what I did, get a Quest 3. They are cheaper now then when I purchased mine. If you do buy a Quest, the 250GB memory model is all you need for MSFS. The extra internal memory is only if you want to store games inside the headset.

I use mine with Virtual Desktop (a $20USD purchase) and no cable. I use it with a 5GHz router that is connected to the computer via a CAT 5 cable. MSFS with Virtual Desktop doesn't do well with Wi-Fi, too much info going from the router to the computer. A Virtual Desktop setup will run wireless from the computer to your Quest 3 and is almost automatic.

Let me know if you want or need more info.

Thanks John. I appreciate you looking, and also the advice given. I'll continue with the 50-inch TV for now, although I find it boring after the 3D environment of VR. Working on getting a new writing venture going, and must watch my spending for the next little while. The new VR can be a reward for early success!!

Regards
Kenneth

Had my best flight with the Quest 3 after reading this and purchasing Virtual Desktop, I had no stutters. I was using it wired before, this is much better. Thanks John.

I am happy that I was able to help. I have gotten many tips and help from this group over the years. As Peter Holt Jr. a businessman (I worked for him years ago) and onetime owner of the San Antonio Spurs (His son now owns it) used to like saying, "None of us is as smart as all of us."
