• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

  • Server side Maintenance is done. We still have an update to the forum software to run but that one will have to wait for a better time.

I've not had much time with the sim lately, RL keeping me busy.

Thanks for all the paints Willy and Marty, also looking forward to the Ventura, especially the one with the solid nose. Great paintkit Rachel.

Also thanks again Milton, without your models we would have nothing.

Should be ready in a few days.

The Pacific Alaska Airways and Pan American Airways Lodestars in both FX 2004 & FSX flavors are up in the Warbirds Library here. Enjoy!

A couple of European airlines are in the paint booth now.
 
Post WW2 BOAC G-AGCN "Lake Victoria" (civil bare metal livery) and an obscure Swedish domestic cargo outfit. Alaska Star Airlines is after them.

Hi Friends,
The outstanding Willie's Santa Fe livery remembered me I always loved (and love) the trains (Real & models) and I decided to make some liveries (fictional, of course) inspirated to the most known American railways Companies..... I started with the Pennsylvania RR in the classic maroon livery (passenger).....

The livery is for FSX (2048x2048), if You are interested in ......
However I'll try to make also the dark green (freight) version.

Oh yeah!! That's going to be a must have. Outstanding work as usual.

And looking at them, I just realized an area that I've had wrong on my paints. I've got the ADF footballs shiney metal when they should be black. Off to make the change to the masters.
 
Hi,

Will these beautiful liveries be created for FS9 as well? I tried adding in the different textures from the United Airlines set from Ferondoe, but all I created was a blank model, so I'm obviously not quite getting the hang of it. :banghead: !
