• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Concerning the FSUIPC, I have updated to Version 4.96 for my boxed version of FSX but the last version available for FS2004 is 3.999z9 (Sept 2013). Assuming that is not an issue for the senior sim.

Version 3.999z9 - FSUIPC.DLL (FSUIPC3) replaces FS6IPC.DLL for use with FS2004 September 9th 2013 (3.3 MB)

The Executive Committee would like to advise all Teams that the Final Version of the 2017 Special Rules will be posted:

Friday, Feb. 17 at 1900 UTC (2000h CET, 1400h EST, 1100h PST)

This Final Version will only be changed by addition of the routing instructions and conditions.
It will be posted on the Official Race Site at https://www.fsrtwrace.com/ and then on each Team's forum shortly afterward.

I couldn't guess whether you were going to give us a day, an hour, or a minute to read the routing rules before the green flag. Three hours is fine. :adoration:
