737 Max 8 engine reverse thrust

tiger1962

SOH-CM-2025
After trying all the "engine reverse" axis commands with my Logitech Flight Yoke System's throttle quadrant and getting nothing, I've finally found one that works:

"Previous detent".

I think the "engine reverse" and "reverse thrust" commands must be 'legacy' or 'deprecated' for FS24 - if that's the case then they should remove them altogether.

I'm using HOLD THROTTLE REVERSE THRUST with my Bravo throttle quadrant - the reverse thrust lever activates reverse and then moving the throttle lever forward increases the amount of thrust.

How strange! "Hold Throttle Reverse Thrust" used to work for me in all jets which had it in FS20, but not with the 737 in FS24 - it must be a 737 quirk then.

The smart adz comment would be that MSFS doesn't support 8 engines. Let us know all the solutions you find! Thanks
