Aeroplane Heaven Lancaster available!

no, but when I try to apply another model, my paint does not show up, and I always have the H2S radar, even with the 'normal' model. I need a break, good thing I'm going on holiday this Wednesday...
This is strange. I've spent a lot of time today, trying to figure out how to edit the aircraft.cfg. But every time I edit the model entry, the livery doesn't show up. model = "" seems to be the only way to see the livery (with H2S radar)

OK guys, here's the thing. Are you following the instructions in the SDK? If not, please get hold of the SDK. In there it will tell you how to paint a livery and have it show. The process is VERY different these days. Now, the other thing is that because we do not use a separate model folder for each variant but use aliases, the structure is not the same as some other add-ons. We do this to save drive space and therefore total file size. This benefits the processing in MarketPlace.

Therefore you will only ever get the model used in the last entry of the aircraft cfg. So that is why it is always the H2S. We are going to produce a video on how to set up a repaint for our Lancaster. We will post a link to it here.

Bazzar, whatever the tweaks and corrections to be made in the future
I think this aircraft is one of the best looking warbirds ever produced for MSFS. Thank you so much!

Looking from below the flaps and ailerons could be a bit more worn.

Here's a link to a video explaining the repaint process to get your livery to show with the correct model.
Thanks bazzar!
Looks better now

Thanks for the video and helper file :)
My pink fuselage was due to my 'tidying-up' and deleting the local normals files 'because I hadn't changed them'.
This livery is a little inaccurate so for my own use only...

BTW in Neville's video he says you have to run MSFSLayoutGenerator.exe in a command window by typing stuff, but you can save the exe somewhere and create a shortcut to it, then for each livery just copy the shortcut to your livery folder and run it by dragging your layout.json onto the Shortcut.
