As regards detail - if you start at the C-119 nose & look back along the top of the fuselage you can see, - in line, a round 'window'?, followed by a streamlined black object, then a black horizontal water buffalo horns shaped aerial?, & another streamlined black object.

What actually are the 4 items I have loosely described?

Hi, the dome was used for (visual) astral navigation. The 2 teardrop shapes should be aero versions of the old "loop" DF antennas and the "boomerang" a VHF one, I think.
