ALSIB land-lease aircraft

In order to create a traffic on WWII Alaska-Siberia route, I was searching for appropriated aircraft. But these don't seem to exist anywhere. Or I'm wrong?

What exactly are you after. These days i think were pretty well served for Ai, there's not a lot we dont have. Something else to consider, we all have more powerful PC's these day that are capable of handling some more complicated model's, flyer's not just Ai. Ive used regular flyer's in some of my scenerys with no performance hit .

Lsnd-lease aircraft were C-47, B-25, A-20, P-39 and P-63. They should be marked with the Soviet red star. It doesn't matter, whether they would be flyable or not.

I suppose it depends how good you are at repainting, ive used these C47's before, https://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?CatID=fs2004aia&DLID=164279

You could use the Alphasim freeware A-20, im sure there's soviet paints in the library. The recent release of Acwai CFS2 P-39 which fly's very nice in FS9 could be used also, no Soviet paints yet but i guess it wont be long. As for the other's maybe other members could chip in with suggestion's

I see quite a number of Soviet P-39 skins in the CFS2 section for The B-24 Guy's OH P-39. 4 or 5 B-25 texture for the OH B-25. Seen a texture or 2 for A-20s and P-40s.

Ian and Allen, thanks for your tips. I will give them a try und keep you informed.

Meanwhile I found suitable aircraft and placed them as AI at Ladd AAF in order to be transfered via Nome to the Soviet Union. They are C-47, B-24, B-25, A-20, P-39, P-40 and P-63.

Thanks, I'm blushing here... I was too lazy to look in my 'Library'. I had it all the time, hidden away.
