• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

lately, I'm beginning to really enjoy the Antonov An-2. There are quite a few models out there, as well as an An-3
Which is the nicest An-2? Piglet's, Zhyhulskiy's or Xomer, & any others, if I'v missed them. Wheels, ski's & floats.
 
If you ever have the chance to fly in an AN-2 (I did), DO IT !! After that there's nothing in the world that can scare you :biggrin-new::biggrin-new:

I saw one at an airshow once, it has a ridiculously slow stall speed, it just looked like it was hanging in the air

Yes, I do find a lot of interesting planes there at Avsimrus. I have to trawl through the files, as somehow, the search facility does not work.

FREE full product ; they released nearly all their fs9 products as freeware once fs2020 came out.

I survived the experience
Other that a feeling I'd paid 70Euro to be dragged around a frozen farm field in a rusty 45 gallon drum by a mufflerless tractor, it was fun
