I did a youtube search to get some opinions on the D-228 and happened on this channel that seems dedicated to addressing the real world issues of switching from the Tri islander to the DO for the Channel Islands.
It is unique in that the small population of the Islands gives it a passionate view on the change. The problems of ageing aircraft reliability vs growing pains on a new aircraft causing delays, one pilot vs two pilot operations and the communities affection for G-JOEY all make for some interesting viewing (for me at least) I thought some here might find it adds a bit of flavor for their simulated 228 operations.

Finished the last of my "What if - Paints". They are ready to download from my DropBox. I have also reworked all older repaints because i found some small texture-glitches on the upper wings . If you have them already, please download them again and overwrite the older one's.

I took a look as well because it sounded familiar. . .it's one of many nice aircraft done by Premier Aircraft Design.
By the way, what was it about the installation that caused you to pass. . .it's no different than any other aircraft addon?
