• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Chris, forgive me for my sins . . .

. . and please bring about world peace and and end to hunger and hatred. Also, please make the dog stop chasing the cats, because it stresses them out and causes them to leave their faeces on the carpet. And could you let Mark Martin win the NASCAR championship? He's due, you know.

For Chrismas, I should very much like for one of the better aftermarket companies to offer decals for a 1/72 C-46 in CAT markings, the green version with the large ROC flag on the tail. Thank you very much.

One time, I was preaching for our pastor who was on sabbatical and our secretary listed my scripture as coming from the 'Gospel of Marc." BOY, did that load on the pressure! :icon_lol:

Many years back I was running one of the outlets of a huge garden center operation that were the size of good sized grocery stores.

One day we had a memo come down that we had a new in-store signage system that had to be implemented at all locations by a certain date.

When the new signs came in, I gave the duty to my young assistant mgr to put all the signs up and labeled. The job took a good part of a week or so to get done. Just about every item on the shelves had to have one of these new signs hanging on the shelf in front of it.

It wasn't until he was almost completely done that we realized that the word "insect" had been spelled "incest" on every single sign in the store.
Dozens and dozens of signs.

I had incest repellents, incest killers, incest foggers, incest bait, incest traps. You name it, any product in the entire store that would have been labeled for use on insects was now good for curing incest. :)

Very popular items in the back country:bump:

Makes one wonder if it's a converted building used as a church? With the cupola type dome on the top,...maybe it's a natural for Eastern Orthodox faith. But when I see the posters stuck up on the windows makes me think it's been abandoned or now used for something else. Hard to imagine the pastor or priest allowing the letter 't' to stay off the marque above.
