Hi Papi,
Usually I use SeaTac as the place to get the feel of the plane. Doing take-offs, circuits, landings, touch and goes. Then from various places flying by the numbers. Actually I did my first near-perfect looping tonight with the two-seater.
Also checking during flight the sound of the engines at various settings. I made my choice already which sounds to use: Nigel Richards' sounds because they are virtually exactly like the real R-2800-34W's (Double Wasp C series) which have a very different sound from the Double Wasp B series (A-26B/C, C-46, Ventura, Harpoon). This because of the different construction of the cylinders, crankcase and crankshaft of the newer C, CA, CB and CE series. Nigel really is a sound magician. As far as I am concerned he's the best. But I sure do like Gary's also.
I hope to make a first flight in "your" liveried Tigercat.
Cheers,
Maarten
