• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

File Library Teams

Thank you Mick. Thanks for understanding. If this TD gets worse i won't even get to play my favorite sim anymore. Can't even drive a car anymore. It's been 13 years and counting. Sorry guys, i tried.
 
Great to see the cooperation and understanding guys. I'll asssign the British Aircraft to 65olschool, who BTW is doing an excellent job.

I've been assigned some stuff on the FS2004 section and then I will be gone the rest of this and next week.so it will be a while before I can check back in here

I've 'future proofed' this in case the old site is turned off before I get to upload to the new one. I've saved each page as a pdf file so can see what order they were in and with the author listed.

Hopefully I can transfer them before that happens! I've done the British skins but have 3 other categories to go.

Looking for a little guidance on an issue of duplication in the CFS3 British Aircraft section, on his page https://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links.php?catid=80&sort=d&page=7&pp=20 you see some Fairey Battles uploaded by @ndicki and on the previous page here https://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links.php?catid=80&sort=d&page=8&pp=20 you see the same aircraft, some with different zip filenames and some with different descriptions, yet its the same aircraft, these are also uploaded by @ndicki.
So should I transfer both or......

I see what you mean, in fact there are three identical Battle 25 downloads. I downloaded both the originals and duplicates and found the only difference was the inclusion of a screenshot with Battle PM-L.

I would say just transfer the most recent version of each Battle.

And with that I'm all finished, AVH Newer and CFS3 British are completed, duplicates removed as discussed.

AVH Newer was Current 4.XX FM aircraft in the old lib? and by CFS3 British you mean CFS3 British Aircraft?

Found the following duplications where I have hit the CFS3 Other Add Ons button in error then later entered the same entry correctly in CFS3 Missions and Campaigns:

BOE BOF - HH Battle of Hannut.zip (Pg 4)

ETO" Bob" Missions Memorial set HH 090 2024-06-21 (Pg 7)

Berlin.zip (Pg 16)

I note that most CFS3 files in the Warbirds Library have disappeared from both the .com and .org sites?
 
The Warbirds Library link here at .org send you to the old .com site. Old files are being deleted once moved to the new .org Resources. The new Resources show 3K CFS3 add-ons.
