The annual Flying Legends air show, held at Duxford, UK, is less than a month away now, and for those interested an updated aircraft participation list has been provided at the Fighter Collection website, here:

Of special note:
- This air show will mark the debut of Zephyr Aviation's P-51D in brand new RAF 112 sqd. markings. This aircraft, now based in Britain, is the former Scandinavian Historic Flight "Old Crow" (N167F). It will look something like this:

- All four of the world's airworthy Spitfire Mk.I's will be in attendance and flying together. These are N3200, P9374, X4650, and AR213 (painted as P7308).
- The Kennet Aviation Seafire will be marking its much anticipated return to the air show circuit. The aircraft was very active up until a belly-landing incident at a show in France back in 2011, and has been under rebuild over the past few years. http://www.military-airshows.co.uk/shuttlejun06/img_6343.jpg
- The Fighter Collection's recently arrived highly polished P-40C Tomahawk will likely be one of the main stars of the show. This aircraft was completed 2 years ago by Matt Nightingale's shop at Chino, CA, and had been under the care of the Planes of Fame Air Museum at Chino up until this spring, when the aircraft was finally shipped to Duxford (following the sale of TFC's P-40B late last year). Many photos were taken of the aircraft when it was a participant at last years Planes of Fame air show, and the year before that. http://www.warbird-photos.com/airtoair/2013-05-01/PlanesofFame-A2A-20130501_P-40C_Warhawk_0590.jpg
- It's also great to see that both of the Gloster Gladiators (TFC and Shuttleworth) will be flying together at the show again, as well as the Red Bull/Flying Bulls fleet, consisting of their P-38, F4U-4, and B-25. The French-based P-51D "Moonbeam McSwine" will be making a return to Legends this year (which used to be based here, and very popular, in the U.S.), as will the French-based Hurricane (which used to be based at Wanaka, New Zealand).
