This is the first time I've tried to post a photo, so I'll see if it works.

First convert your file to .jpg. Click on 'Reply to Thread'. Select the 'Image' icon - middle row, sixth from right. Select 'from computer' then browse to your pictures folder. Click on your picture and 'open'. The file path will show and select 'upload file'.
