That has to be about the ugliest plane ever made, and yet I still find it very cool and maybe even attractive in a way.

Also btw... you can fly the Guppy in FSX... the A2A B377 includes the Aero Spacelines Pregnant Guppy.

...and it seems that it is no problem when nose gear touches down first. Limits the risk of a tailstrike ;-)
 
I remember seeing the Guppy and Super Guppy land at Long Beach in the 70's when I would stay with my great aunt and uncle. Their house was just a block left of final and Uncle had a scanner set to approach so I would know when to run down the street. I miss those days.
 
It appears that Super Guppy(s) is a turboprop conversion of one or more Guppies. Is that correct ??

First time I have seen this.
 
The video is of a B377SGT (Super Guppy Turbine) one of several different conversions of B377 airframes. The similarity of names makes keeping it all clear a bit less clear but all the information you need (and more) can be found here:
