A friend over at TVA has an issue that I remember seeing here, but don't remember what the fix was. All of his graphic sliders are greyed out and he can't adjust anything. Anybody here remember what the remedy was?

There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

. When my memory is correct it had to do with a setting or driver from the video card.
Y'know Huub, that sounds familiar. Seems like turning something down on the card's control panel. I'll ask if he's changed any settings.
Problem solved - he was running "Window Blinds" Vista theme. With that removed, all is back as it should be! Matter of fact, I think the last time this came up it was somthing similar.

I know my timing is impeccable, but now I remember the same thing happened to LQ a while back. He went as far as to reinstall FS9, with the same problem recurring. The pre-crash thread here did determine that the Window Blinds theme was the culprit.. Sorry my memory is so poor...
