• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

How Stupid and M$FS 2024 get?

Maybe add a tiny amount of dead zone on the stick... 2024 might be more sensitive by default. Haven't had that issue here.
 
Apparently solved the issue by not assigning cockpit views to any axis. No reasonable amount of dead zone was effective. However I did finally complete a flight from Bangkok to Singapore , though 2024 bindings are a complete frustration if they can even be made to work. Certainly they don't stay bound, even through a fight.
 
Another fun one is sitting at a gate doing cockpit prep (A350) and another plane spawns at your gate, filling your cockpit with other airplane parts making continuing prep not possible. Still having issues with bindings, really basic ones like gear and flaps which I have to constantly re create. Then there are the persistent fuel trucks and vans driving right down the middle of the taxi ways. Hopefully some SU will allow them enough AI to get out of the way of operating aircraft.

At some point all this will get straightened out and will be subject of some good laughs.
 
Yeah, I have had trucks pop up in front of me too. I think MS programmers should create a blood splatter on the windshield animation for when you run over a linesman who doesn't get out of your way when starting to taxi.
